Phil King

Phil has been involved in the Mergers & Acquisitions space for over 20 years as a private consultant. He has also owned and sold multiple companies personally over the past 30 years. After his last exit in January of 2018, Phil joined the professional organization of Sunbelt Canada Business Brokers. Phil is adept at implementing Sunbelt's well-defined processes and structures to help business sellers and buyers achieve their goals, greatly simplifying the transitional requirements between the two parties.

Andrew Saikaley

Andrew Saikaley entered Business Brokerage in January 2017 after many years as owner/operator of multiple food-and-beverage establishments. Andrew brings this expertise in corporate structure, finance options, and deal structure to link both buy- and sell-side participants. As a fiduciary, Andrew has successfully brokered multiple deals by maintaining excellent buyer-seller relations through closing and post-closing transition phases. Andrew thrives on delivering satisfaction to clients throughout the industry.

Grant Mellow

Grant is the Chief Operations Officer for Sunbelt Canada Business Brokers. It is his personal passion to help those who own a business perform a successful and graceful exit when it comes time to sell. He came into this role after years of teaming up with business owners and coaching them how to build strong and profitable private enterprises. This background has provided him with the skills he needs to understand businesses and where their strengths and weaknesses are found.

Gregory Kells

Greg is the President of Sunbelt Canada Business Brokers Inc. His focus on Sunbelt’s development has made the organization the premiere business brokerage in Canada. He is an international entrepreneur with extensive business development, marketing, and management experience. Since starting the Canadian operations of Sunbelt Business Brokers in 2002, he has opened 27 offices in Canada and is developing business brokerages in 10 other countries. He has shared his business experience as a guest lecturer at Harvard, Yale, and Duke Universities and at numerous Canadian Colleges.
